For materials not held in stock, Interswarm Materials can help customers source bismuth compounds and specialty metals through European suppliers. Depending on the order and supplier relationship, we may act as reseller, sourcing facilitator, broker or project coordinator.

European supplier route

Supplier names, representation status and commercial arrangements are confirmed only where formal permission or agreement exists.

Materials not in stock may be sourced through trusted European suppliers, European sourcing partners or a European supplier network.

Payment and special orders

Stock items are normally paid before dispatch. Custom kits and special orders normally require payment before supplier order is placed.

Prices, availability, lead times and documentation are confirmed case by case. Quotations are normally valid for a limited period.

Custom kits, sourced materials, cut-to-size items and special-order materials may be non-cancellable and non-returnable once confirmed.

Ready-made kits are supplied from limited stock when available. Custom kits and special materials are quoted case by case. Materials not in stock may be sourced through European suppliers. Lead time, price, certificates, SDS, packaging and delivery are confirmed before order.

European supplier availability

If not in stock, we check European supplier availability through trusted sourcing partners or supplier network.

Quotation and terms

We provide quotation, lead time, payment terms and documentation availability.

Step 6

Customer confirms and pays

Customer confirms and pays where required before dispatch or supplier order placement.

Step 7

Supply route

Material or kit is supplied from stock or sourced through the agreed route.
